Another incentive to attend church....

Last Sunday morning I went to church, as usual, and came home with a grocery sack load of brass. Most of it .38 Special, much .40 S&W, some 10 mm, and a few .45 ACP. So far I've cleaned and sorted six full boxes of .38 Special.

No..............tell me about it! I've been considering one of those Uberti .38 Special revolvers made on the small frame. They make a .38 Special, six shot on the same frame as their .22 l.r. And I've got a plethora of .38 Special brass. Hmmmm...........

That's good to know Bob, my 38 Spl. is being built on a Blackhawk platform with a reassigned frame to denote the caliber with an octagon barrel and some other custom work. My long term plan is to do a matching guns in birdhead and besley grip frames. I've got enough doubles I think it's time for a triple gun set.

I'd be happy to spend a day or two in Memphis and bring supply for a 38 Spl reload and a lunch at Catfish Charley's

Well I don't know why anybody wouldn't order fried catfish, greens, sliced tomatoes and that all important sweet ice tea. Peach cobbler for dessert.

That does it I'm gonna cook some catfish this weekend....collards are in and fried potatoes.
