Help with 10/22 bolt

I pulled the bolt back on my 10/22 .22 mag last fall and left it that way through the winter. I went to get the gun and release the bolt and it is stuck in the rear position. Does anyone have a way to relase the bolt ??

It should be spring loaded and should go forward on it's own once you push the bolt release button up, unless it's rusted/seized in the open position.

Spray some lube inside it,, upside down,, let soak,, and then work on getting the bolt hold open latch to release.

I took action out of the stock and removed the 2 pins holding trigger group to barrel. When I took the pins out the bolt released and went forward. I noticed the action was very dry so lubed with some MIL SPEC lube and it seems to work OK now
