Hi around here that would be a little high for a 90% gun maybe $750-$800 JMO

In 90% condition,,, I'd say about $650-$700 max. IF,,, IF,,, it is an actual 90%. But how is it graded? One person's 90% may actually be better or worse than the next person's grading.
That said,, a Type II in 95%-98% would be $935 & a Type III in 95%-98% would be $815 according to the RENE price guide.

yes that is top dollar, BUT for Kalyfornya, "typical" as my sister-in-law out in San Diego says.......
check for any box (case) paper work, never know what else may turn up.....
