Wilma has always been tasteful and neatly dressed since 'caveman times".
Back when my now 56 year old son was a teenager, so I am talking in the mid '80's, the "style" among those in his crowd was to wear their winter jackets partially unzipped and off one shoulder. Looked about as dumb as it sounds, and undoubtedly was a cold way to dress in the middle of winter. But at the time was all the rage among the kids.
This new fashion for women will likely pass quickly. I for one don't mind seeing more skin on attractive women.

I'm with Cary on this one. I think it looks stupid. I'm all about showing a little skin but that sweater thing looks like a 11 yo swifty trying to be Queen of the Trailer Park
Being an old cantankerous man, I've always reacted (to myself) very negatively to almost ANY TREND(s). I just don't like it when humans follow "the pack". Unfortunately, most do. And, speaking of trends: I have noticed that almost every guy (even the TV personalities and sports casters) I see these days is "sporting" facial hair (usually meticulously trimmed). It seems like someone flips a switch and everyone lines up to follow. MAYBE it was OK in high school (?), but what's up with this need to be cool by following a TREND..???? And let's not even talk about those super cool guys who wear there winter, wool caps (whatever they call them) inside. at parties, events, on TV....

My parents taught me how to dress when I go out in public. I still cling to that decorum today. My sisters always looked neat and dressed suitable to the occassion. Never looked cheap or tawdry. And my wife always said she dressed to honor me.

Look at the neck line, it's been cut. She is wearing high heels but I don't think the improve that outfit.
Now for those of us old enough to remember, and actually do still remember, how many complained about the mini and micro mini skirts of our youth? How many thought girls should show less leg?
And one last question. Is it hypocrisy to complain about an off the shoulder looking "cheap" when you likely enjoy all of the young ladies in skimpy suits at the beach?

You guys just don't seem to understand my point at all. I'm not complaining about off the shoulder garments at all, if they are made that way.
What I don't like is them just grabbing the neckline and yanking it down over their shoulder. To me, it's like the gang bangers wearing their pants down on their A$$. with the crotch hanging down to their knees. Yeah, that's real style.
