any one know if a blackhawk .45acp cyl will work in newmodel vaquero. I know the timing will have to be reworked.

If you're asking if a cylinder from a "big frame" BH will fit a RNV, the answer is no.
Even if you cut the cylinder down to a physical size which would allow it to fit and time correctly, the cartrides wouldn't line up with the bore because the chamber spacing from the center of the base-pin is different.
