You may find like I did that birdshead grips look cool especially on the super short barrel but they don't "index" in your hand. They just wallow around and I find myself adjusting my grip before shooting every time. The original grip lines up quick every time. Just a personal observation.

That has also been my takeaway. Strangely I can do a Lightning grip but not a Birdshead. :unsure:

I came to the same conclusion and was surprised!

After I adapted it to fit a Ruger, I made a new set of grips to fit the Ruger front grip strap which was an improvement.

Yeah it's a pocket gun. That's what led me to a more compact grip shape.
