I use that feature often on my I Phone and have it set to read it back before sending.

I should do that. I was texting a friend to "Just use a magnet on the end of a stick." Only the stupid thing spelled stick with a "D". That was good for about 10 minutes of laughs.

Well it might have worked depending on what and where you were hoping to retrieve something from.

The problem I have with voice to f on my iPhone is the delete button is just below the send button and often when I try correct the stupid interpretation I hit 'send'.

I have always been a terrible speller and now of late my typing ability has gotten bad.... but what I finally have learned... it when I can't get a word spelled right and the dern spell correct can fix it I just ask Siri how to spell the word. The really cool thing is she does and on top of that does not say, "just look it up in the dictionary"... which is what my teachers always said.... how do you look a word up that you don't know how to spell?

Same as a trouble tree. Start down a path then adapt as you find the spelling.

A few years ago the auto-correct on my phone went through a spell where it seemed to want to correct a lot of stuff with 'anal'. Needless to say, it got me proof reading my stuff very carefully...
