My 4 5/8 in barrel model shoots high at 50 feet with the rear sight bottomed out. This is using a bottom of the black hold and shooting from a rest. The present front is 3/8 high (+/-). I was wondering if anyone knows if this http://www.midwayusa.com/product/169064/power-custom-universal-front-sight-500-height-post-undercut-steel-blue or possibly this one http://www.midwayusa.com/product/942891/power-custom-universal-front-sight-500-height-ramped-steel-blue would possibly work or if anyone knows another good replacement?

Screw attached Ruger made front sight for an adjustable sight .22 cal. Single-Six?

In general the shorter the barrel the taller the front sight is. Perhaps you don't have Ruger's tall blade......

Spoke with a Ruger rep this morning and I was told that there is no 'taller' sight available from them. It was suggest, by them, that I have a local gunsmith 'fix' it for me. I am going to braze a 'blob' on the top and then file till it is in the ball park with the rear sight at mid-point.

How about the front sight blade for a .32 mag. New Model Single-Six?

They're pretty tall! I shoot 118 gr. bullets and those 4-5/8" barrel front sights did the trick for me.

The sights you listed from Midway appear to be flat bottomed. You need a sight that has a rounded profile to match your barrel contour. I put a sight on my 9.5" single six that came off of a KMK10 MKII semi-auto, but don't know how the height compares to the sight you currently have. Check out the MKII sights as they have been used on Single Sixes before.
