What is needed to convert a standard frame Blackhawk, Super Blackhawk, and Single Six to the Bisley configuration? I'm guessing that the Single Six Bisley parts may be different than the larger framed centerfire parts. Are the .22 and .32 Single Six Bisley parts different from each other? Are the parts avaiable from Ruger, or do I have to find them elsewhere? Thank you.

You are correct in your assumption that the Single-Six Bisley is a bit different. Actually the only difference, with respect to conversion to Bisley, would be the height of the hammer. The rest of the parts are the same.

Availability is "spotty" from whatever source you can find.

On the early guns, yes. Later on, Ruger did change the two upper grip frame screws to Allen Head design to facilitate easier manipulation with hand tools.
