My inbox this week has had numerous ads for magazines, ammo, reloading components etc., just saw one a moment ago from Mid-Way for Haz-Mat free primers and Glock mags on sale. The week before the election they had a five mag limit on all Glock mags. Looks like the business climate has had somewhat of a correction from where I sit.

That said though, the ammo I use has always been available, it's just been a matter of "how much am I willing to pay?". Unfortunately, after all the smoke settled, each new "panic" has left us with higher prices than before it happened. Plus, like rust, inflation never sleeps...so then there's that.
Still though, there seems to be plenty of what I use to be had at a fair price.
Can't say about .22's though. If ya ask me, that whole situation has been in some sort of warped reality for so long that it may never "normalize" again. :lol: .

Yes, I think that it will be. The current President is a Rasputin, and may have poured sand in the gears somehow. Anyway, I hope that ammo becomes plentiful and available.
Truthfully, I'm getting daily offers on common ammo at very reasonable prices--unless you're talking 22lr, that's still like pulling teeth.

According to Zanders, the new price of ordinary .22 LR ammo will settle in at ~ $25 dollars a brick.....when it becomes available. 8)

Of late, there is more ammo in the gun shops around home than I've seen in years. Was over at Whittaker's Friday and they actually had cases of Winchester, Remington and CCI 22's setting on the floor. They even had Winchester Power Point 22's, the first I've seen in many, many years. And the prices were reasonable.

Last time I was in my LGS, he had 9 x 50 round boxes of 22lr. In contrast, I found 3 x 50 round boxes in the "between the seats junk box" of my farm pickup the last time I had to make space for 3 in the cab.
