I found MIKA makes good pocket holster that stay oriented and in the pocket during a draw.

I am very pleased with the MIKA for my LCR. Highly recommended.

The older I get, the less I seem to care about my firearm printing in my pocket. I used to use an LCP or J frame depending upon my pockets, but have been carrying a P365 lately. It's about the largest gun I can pocket carry.

Well you must live in America. I'm pretty sure if I'm made the police will faceplant, cuff, disarm and ask questions later. Most of the pocket holsters I've used don't break up the outline well enough. Placing the mag next to the front of the gun breaks up the outline.
