Something Big Old Boy said go me thinking about 'truck stops'. It is difficult to find a good one today on the Interstates. One that I have found and go to each time I head north is Bordentown Junction just off I-295 near exit 7A on the New Jersey Turnpike. It has what most of the good truck stops had, showers, great food, reasonable prices, clothing, and any truck accessory you could name. I have been a lot of places but this is the best I have found recently.

I agree 100%. When we were building our house we would go to a GREAT Truck Stop about 10 miles from us to eat. All of us were just to tired to cook. Long gone along with the great cheap food.

I have also spent knights when they were close to an airport while flying long cross countries.

I drove a truck for a while in 2001-2002, spent way too much time in truck stops. Some were great, others were horrible.

Some good ones:

Garden of Eden Truck Stop, Eden, Idaho. Very pleasant, calm relaxing...

Whites Truck Stop, Raphine Virginia. Has a gun collection behind glass as you come into the truck stop...

Some bad ones:

TA Truck Stop, Jessup Maryland. Drugs and hookers...

Pilot Travel Center, Knoxville TN. Rude to truckers...

I could go on and on, and I only drove for a short time.
