My SR22 works flawlessly.
You didn't say what your issues are. Not extracting? Not ejecting? Double feeding?
These issues are often cured by using a little hotter ammo. Maybe you're doing that already, so it's difficult to diagnose without knowing exactly how your gun is acting up.

Everyone here except the little ones have shot mine with 2-3 types of ammo w/o any malfunction what-so-ever.

You probably need to supply more information to get good help here.
few questions...
is this a new or used gun... how long have you had it... has it always jammed with you... what type of ammo are you using.... and what specifically is happening when it jams?
22 semi-autos are renowned for jamming or at least failing to eject a spent cartridge.... the reasons are several.... first is cheap ammo, second is a dirty gun or one that is not functioning 'perfectly'... sometimes new guns need extra lube and a break in period.. there is not a lot of 'power' in a 22lr round to allow the action to cycle and so any little thing can throw the workings off.
first few suggestion... try different ammo (if you can find it)... lube the pistol real good... hold it tight.

Like they said - need more info.
One thing to check is that the recoil spring is properly captured on the guide rod (small end of spring captured on small lip of end of rod that inserts into the frame - wide end of spring at the front of the gun). Another is to check that the barrel is tight (allen screw near trigger).

I have a problem with the Winchester "white box" from Wal-Mart. If I use CCI I never have a problem.

After 4,000 ish rounds I have had a few failure to extracts when I shot a bunch of magazines of Thuderbolts in a row which are rather dirty and a quick swipe with a bore brush cleared the issue right up. Early on when I was trying a variety of brands I had some failure to feeds with standard velocity ammo, but that was very ammo specific. Otherwise flawless. Never a true jam or stove pipe. Just mine.
Still have problem? I have 2 of SR22's , when they were new we had some FTE's, we swithed to CCI Minimags problem went away. Now they will cycle just about anything but the cheap Federals.... One mag has had a few FTF's, We really quit using it, I need to check it out better. Bottom line if your gun is new use a high veloisity ammo to get it loosened up, If you had it for a while make sure it is clean pay close attention to feed ramp. If you still have problems I am sure Ruger will help you if you send it to them..... Theses are really great litlle 22's !!

I've not had the best luck with the pistols, and the rifles are basically 10/22s inside an alloy chassis... but the common things to try with any .22 that "jams" are:
Different ammo - high velocity CCI Mini-mags preferred - if it won't run on CCI, chances are it won't run with anything.
Different magazine
Sufficient lubrication
Shooters hold on a pistol (slide not dragging on a high thumb, etc.)
