Still scratching my head about this one......I'm trying to figure out where the three screws are located. I wonder if he's talking about the ones under the trigger guard that hold it onto the frame :? .

No wonder so many people get confused about Ruger Single Action terminology......they see stuff like this on armslist and believe it.

And how about that asking price? Not sure if it's $850 or $750, but I'm sure it's a bargain for a gun as rare as this one!

I wonder if he'd be willing to trade it for my factory nickel Ruger GP-101.

Let's see if I've got this right. He's selling a stainless steel 3 screw double action new model Single Six and he wants either $750 or $850 for it. I think I'll split the difference and offer him $950. That oughta confuse the %$*# out of him

Me? I told him I was you. It's all good though. You can back out of the deal by giving him a call at his office. IRS field agents have a great sense of humor...

Darn it! Those grips are definately the rare "stock" version that only came on the stainless three screw new models right? I gotta take out a loan and get this!!!!

+1.

I just got off the MN version. Mostly ammo scalpers and old, overpriced crap.

It's unfortunate, because it could be a great tool for local purchases, w/o having to pay for shipping, etc.

As it is, it's a lot like the "worst of" the typical gun show complaints...

darn .... if it was the model with the 50 round drum and taticool laser, I'd be all over it
