I'm working up loads for my new CZ 75B 40 cal. So far, it shows a distinct preference for heavier bullets. I've shot 155, 170, 175 & 180 grain bullets so far. The 180s (so far) are the most accurate whether factory (not so good) or hand loaded.

To date, the only 180 I've used is the plated Ranier hollow point (groups very well), but I have some 180 hard cast on the way.

I'd like to try a 200 gr lead bullet but have not, so far, found a source - or at least a source that doesn't make me buy 500+ at a time.

I'd prefer to start with a smaller quantity to see if the gun even "likes" them before I buy more.

I'd prefer a SWC, but will take what I can find.

Any suggestions?

Thanks!

I think Montana Gold makes some 200 grners.

Thanks. They do, but the smallest quantity they sell is 1,000. I want to dip my toes in the pond - not buy the whole lake! :)
