If you pull bullets (inertia) and want to reuse the brass ,can another bullet be reseated or do you neck resize again?
 
Since you don’t have a crimp, you’ll know after the first one comes out how hard it will be to reseat. You could use the Hornady bullet puller die with collets. The downside is that they usually leave a mark on the bullets during extraction.
 
No, it's not going to 'blow up' but the possibility of insufficient neck tension may have some effect on the new loading.
I 'neck size' pull down brass and run it through a tumbler for several minutes to clean the inside of the case and remove any debris before reloading. At that point, it's basically the same as new primed brass although there may be some uncertainty about the actual primer brand-depending on the source of the pull-downs.

Guess if I pull them I'll remove the decapper and neck size.
I found that even with the decap pin installed I can resize the neck only and not punch the primer out. Teensy cases like .380, 9mm may need the pin removed though or just set the pin deeper in the decap rod.

Sounds like you are the gyny pug. Make up a batch and see if you can push any of the bullets into the cases, against something wood. Be sure and let us know how it goes.

Did I read that right? You tumble the now-open/empty brass with the primers still in them? Just curious. ;)
 
Well, it aint gonna blow up.
If there is little enough powder in the case that a bullet can be pushed into the case below the shoulder it can blow up a rifle.
This has been known to happen with AR rifles due to split necks allowing the bullet to be forced deep into the case during chambering.
 
The above stated instance would require a very specific set of circumstances but it could happen. Just another reason to discourage use of small charges of super fast powder.

That falls on the loader of the ammuniton...to check the cases for abnormalities...no 🤷‍♂️

It also falls on the shooter to inspect the ammo you are loading.
 
Fortunately, I rarely have to pull bullets but when I do, it's usually a large batch, Whenever I'm done pulling the bullets and salvaging the powder I'll either neck size if I have the proper die or do a full length resize. I also check to see if e case has stretched from having the bullet pulls or quite a few cartridges I use a Lyman 310 tool with the proper size die. That tool only sizes the neck. When the necks have all been neck sized I then switch dies to properly expand the neck. If there's only a few that need to be done I use the 310 nutcracker handl. Larger batches get redone using an old Lyman Tru-line loading press made for the 310 dies.
