is their a bisely hammer [ss] made to fit this this frame,or will I have to saw a wedge
under the spur and weld. what stainless rod to heli-arc and fill,after lowering the spur.

I believe most people go the opposite way, i.e., buy a Bisley hammer that won't fit the grip frame, place the hammers side-by-side to mark the extra material, and grind the Bisley hammer so that there is clearance.

There are stainless single series Bisley hammers out there. As stated above, overlay the standard hammer over the Bisley hammer and remove the excess material. When adding a Bisley hammer to a single ten it was noted that the hammers were interchangeable and identical as far as sear notches etc., but the pawls were different. Easy fix, swap the stock pawl onto the new hammer.
