Will the crane and cylinder of a SRH fit in a Redhawk?

I doubt it. The part numbers are different.
Redhawk --------- crane KH00800A cylinder KH00100C
Super Redhawk44 - crane KH00800B cylinder KH00100D

Not exactly, but you can fit the SRH cylinder to the crane of the redhawk.

That's amazing. A 454 Redhawk of course, there would be no reason to swap 44mag cylinders?
