red label wont close

Got my red label back from repair today and the top lever is stuck to the left.
I can not get it to go to the right so the pins that hold the gun closed will retract and allow the barrels to close down all the way.

This has happened before, and I have no idea how I got it back last time.
Help please.

You have to hold the top lever to the right before you install the barrels.

I understand that. The lever would not go to the right, no matter what I tried.
I broke the gun down for the first time since I bought it 9 years ago and found the problem.
If you look at the exploded view on page 32 of the manual, part # KOU00903 is the part that locked the barrels down. Part # KOU09103 is the pin that holds something in there, and that pin fell over to the left and would not allow the first part to go back.
Pushed it back in and and the top lever went back like normal.
