depend on things like whose chokes, how many, with a wrench, factory butt pad? All blue typically adds 100+ but since it's been modified that might not apply ... I'd guess 1250 tops if it has all the chokes and wrench and that will be contingent on brand of chokes and who installed them

Blue Book of Gun Values 11th Edition says 95% is $1100.00. But, that’s a few years old and in this internet age not sure how accurate the books are. Think there’s regional ups and downs too.
 
The original blue receiver Red Labels in 20 gauge... those up to the 400-4xxxx range never had screw in chokes, they were fixed choke... 6 different models when you count the choke combinations and 26" or 28" barrels. The blue receiver guns in the 400-5xxxx range that were made for Orvis did have screw in chokes as original.
