No, not in a long, long time. There were at least 2 different ones. the grey American Tourister and the Green and Leather one.

I have the Green/Leather one, it came with my 12 gauge Sporting Clays model. Its been well used but its a cool item.

Chet these were the ones available from Ruger advertised for the Gold Label SXS. Theres a dealer on GB (Tommy something??) who sells more Gold Labels than anyone else and he has had two cases that I know of that
auctioned off there for $600.00+. Wife bought mine for $299.00 but had a tough time getting it through Ruger then they quit making them.

anybody know if they are different gold label versus red label case. I have one new but haven't tried either gun in it. Actually haven't even opened it

My memory tells me that the Gold Label case is different from the ones of the hand engraved Red Label period. I once that all the hand engraved Red Labels came with the hard case, as the 1st two I bought had it with the shotgun. I now believe it was available as an accessory. Anybody know??
