NRA Hearing Benefits

Both my wife and I are becoming (have become?) dangerously deaf. We "mishear" what the other is saying so often we are a danger to each-other.

Has anyone here checked out the NRA Hearing Benefits? Good or bad?

If you read the information you find that it is a free "consultation" and
"discounts" on equipment. I would be more likely to select from local
hearing professionals.

P.S. I also use Pro Ears muffs. MUCH better than most. And yes, you DO
get what you pay for.

Deramus , a company here in Alabama and Florida ( I think) got mine for free due to the fact that my wife is a government employee and at the time I was on her insurance. It's worth looking into.....

I understood the "free consultation", but didn't pick-up on an equipment discount. Fortunately one of the options offered is my preferred vendor.

If I go with them, I'll report results. I'm sure I'm not alone in the deafness area.
