Do you also own an automatic bolt action single shot?Took my mini-14 out shooting again. I shot 15 rounds out of the 20 round magazine and noticed no casings were being ejected. We looked all around and NO spent casings on the ground. We watched the action on the last 5 rounds and no casings were ejected. I put in another magazine and fired 2 rounds (I believe they were a different brand). The casings ejected with no problems. I don't know what to think or do about this. Any ideas?
Theres a hole in this bottle...I had a case of beer like that once, they were getting empty but I swear I didn’t drink them!
Midway USA uses the term "brass", because they don't sell steel cases for reloading. They do sell some ammo with steel cases. They list it under the subcategory of Case Type - Steel...I'll stick with Brass, the term Midway USA uses.
Power, coil, core. Electromagnet. And ekectrical tape. I jerryrigged one from scrap copper wire, big nail, and my 6v lantern battery (patrol flashlight) to rescue some gal's carkeys.I'm working on a magnet that will pick up brass. Gonna be rich!! But that's another story........
I wish this was a joke.I might ask a moderator to delete this topic and please edit your location to anywhere but Texas.
There's so much wrong with this ...

I hear you there Donnieweps, sausage casings would be hard to load in a Mini, but, Reminds me of the time I was shooting my "Old Model" Vaquero at the range, I was on one end and a Mini shooter was on the other, had to be 30 or more feet away. I was getting brass landing on me the whole time. They do spit them out far.Don't get people using the word "casings". Casings can be the outside of sausage. The term is brass. Don't want to hear "spelling Nazi" or otherwise. Just the same as you'd have no respect for a nurse who used the time "needle thingy" for a syringe.
Ha, there is a brass metal mixture that IS magnetic. Guess what it is.
Yes please do.Please edify us.
Hmmm...so just cos the school science wizzard (physics teacher) said it works, i just looked ut up and nonferro needs ac and more power than you want to carry a generator for. "Nevermind..."Little bit more complicated to get non-ferrous metals to respond to magnetic fields.
Eh...i dint remember gettin no stickers...Yes. But.....you have to become a supporting member to watch them. Once you become a supporting member you will be sent a couple decals, a nice hand written thank you note, special glasses that will allow you to see posted videos (videos only last 24 hrs), and a BS detector that plugs into a USB port that lights up when you read BS in a thread.

Yes, its real
This thread is ridiculous
No it really isnt, it just got off on a tangerine. Lets get back to the topic at hand, evaporating casings, or, dissolving casings or magnetic brass casing.....IDKThis thread is ridiculous
I like the explanation on the "yeet" power of the ejectorNo it really isnt, it just got off on a tangerine. Lets get back to the topic at hand, evaporating casings, or, dissolving casings or magnetic brass casing.....IDK
