If you didn't already have one, would you spend the $400 to buy a new one set up and ready to go? I would probably load 5-8000 of 9mm with it right away and then add a conversion to 38Sp for another 3-5000 later in the year.
Is the operation of the SD convertable for right/left hand or strictly as shown in the catalog? The reason I ask is because I have recurring problems with my right hand/arm and might find it advantageous to switch sides.
