What's your 32 mag load

Mine is starline brass. ACME 100g RNFP, W231 loaded to 1.38"
I have tried 3.0, 3.5, and 4.0
I shoot the 3.0 the most and is very pleasant

I'm about to run out on the ACME and might get Bear Creek.

Don't think that brass is for .32 Mag.

I don't have a fav. .32 Mag load yet but later this year when I start loading it will start out as 78gr. coated RN over 3.0gr. Unique as my first go round. From there experiments might include 2400, Bullseye, TiteGroup, Red Dot and WSF. Depending on findings in further research.

For the 98-100 gr RNFP's I use Titegroup. For the 115 gr 32-20 bullet it's Unique or Longshot.

The Longshot data was from Pearce IIRC, good powder in the H&R mag.

I tend to stay with whatever is already working well for my needs and I been told W231 is a good powder

4 grains of Unique and a Missouri Cast 100 grain lead bullet...averages right about 1000fps in my pistols.

231 is in same range as red dot. Both "fast" powders. Both are recommended by me and the guys I know. Unique and slower not so much.

Well, since each firearm is a machine unto itself,, AND can prefer one type over another,, my preferred load is (a) found by using good reloading manuals,, and (b) testing in my gun.

100 gr. SWC and 8-9 grs. 2400 in Starline brass and standard CCI primer.

For a number of years, my "carry load" for too and from the pasture for my stainless Single Six has been 9.5 - 9.6 grs. of H-110 with Lyman cast bullet 311316GC. That is a +P load giving me 1223 fps. from a 4.5" barrel. It does a number on armadillos.

For practice and carrying in the pasture, I use W231 and various cast bullets.

I like 3.5gr AA#2 under 78gr RN (1123fps out 0f 5 1/2" barrel). 5.5gr True Blue under 100gr RN (1108 fps) and 5.0gr True Blue under 115gr RNFP bullet (1092 fps). Mostly use 78gr RN out of my .32 Magnums. My reloadable .22 load as velocity (measured over chrono) matches aprox. .22LR (36gr Federal -- 1091fps) out of my six-gun(s).

I load a 100gr cast swc over 2-2.5 gr 231 or bullseye for revolvers.
But for my Marlin rifle, it's 8.0gr 2400 under a 123gr sks flat nose spire point for 1440 fps.
2" groups @100 yards.

If you're into 32's,search for
C.E."Ed" Harris. He's pretty much written the book about the 32H&R,and I got my revolver loads from him. It's admittedly quite mild, but it's not a self defense load, just punching holes in paper .

MP 314-640 100 gr over 3.2 gr WST in Starline brass. When I want to feel a little meaner, I load the same powder-coated cast bullet over 5.5 gr Longshot.

Of course the Ruger S-7 gets 327’s running Acc#9 for 1,500+…but only so-so accurate.
Both like the Lee 113gr RFN-GC over 4.5gr of LongShot…
