Thicker grips that help with recoil, may hinder use of a speed loader. Something to consider. Not an issue if you are committed to speed strips though. Two guys at camp have SP101's for field carry, love them. If I didn't have a .44spec Bulldog that fills that role, I'd probably have a SP101 too. steve b

Thanks for the heads up Steve b. The HKS speedloaders worked no problem with the Hogue grip. Good info for others that may wonder about it.
