Just got this clean-up 44mag vaquero and notice that the trigger seems to have the area where the trigger return spring locates visible which I don't see on my other vaquero or others. The gun functions fine. Any ideas? Thanks

Send the .44 Vaquero to me so that I can test fire it for five or ten years to make sure it's safe. :D I saw the same gap on the pair of cleanup .44 mags that I had so I have plenty of experience. The gap is common and won't cause any problem. Congratulations on your find.

Thanks for the reply, it does shoot well although I had to file the front sight down some as it was right at the bottom of the paper. It still could come up a bit more but it's so close I am a little nervous about taking more off.
