I just bought a supper clean flat top,went to sight it in and it shots way high at 25yds.I can not lower the rear sight because the sight screw hits the cylinder and keeps it from rotating any ideas ?

File the sight screw so it doesn't hit the cylinder. If that doesn't get you there, you can switch to a faster load. Or replace the front sight. What caliber, and what load are you using?
