conversations like this can really go sideways - - - I recall some years ago when a relative was having some replacement surgery, their spouse asked the Dr if after they finished the knee replacement if perhaps, they could give him a new disposition too .....

My brother had a hip replacement 6 months ago. He is 73. He is doing fine. . Even though this is a common surgery and almost all do well. Prayers for success, for the docs, and for you family the God's grace would give you peace of mind And then travel down life's road together.
