Wanted to try the stag grips, but they're a little too big ....

Says Ruger .... 1960. Were the 3 screw models slightly bigger in the grip?

Those stag grips are too big for the NMBH and too small for the NMSBH 44 I have.

Actually not too big for the BH just the grip dowel hole doesn't match up and the screw hole is over the coil main spring.

Go with the wood. The pearl doesn't look like a perfect fit to me, looks a little small in the area where the Ruger emblem would go if it had an emblem.
