I almost pulled the license plate off and had to walked around one twice at my first job pumping gas before the owner gave me a hint :lol:

Capt America, While I remembered the trick to the 57 Chevy I had forgot how many cars in the day had the pivoting license hiding the gas cap. Locking gas caps were about unknown. There was also a drain plug at the bottom of the gas tanks.

Hi,

I was thinking something along the same lines, especially as they were talking about the vent wings: give a millennial the keys to that car and send 'em to the gas station to fill it up... in a few days when they get back, send 'em again with that Ford p/u, complete with three on the tree.

If you guys haven't been keeping up with Farm Girl over the years, you're missing a lot of fun! She gets older but has never grown up and seems like she probably never will. Plus she loves shooting, in that same style bathing suit, of course. :)

Caddies with the P-38 tail fins had the pop up tail light for filling and yes I do remember where to stick the hose on the 57 and 56 Chevys.
