Took a stock 44 magnum and added a Powers #5 frame, free spin pawl and SBH hammer then removed billboard and reblued .

I sure wish that picture were bigger. I can't see it very well. However, I imagine it is something I am going to like.

I too would like to see a bigger picture, and more pictures.
 
Nice work. I don't know what you are shooting in yours but 7.1 grains of Winchester 231 with 240 grain LSWC's and Standard Large Pistol Primers worked great in mine. Velocity is around 950 fps. and the recoil is mild. It shot point-of aim in my 4 5/8" Vaquero. Your results may vary but it worked well for me.

That's the stuff right there. I'd like to do similar to both my 45 and 44 4 5/8 vaqueros. And while I'm at it strip that phony case hardening and Re blue throughout. Very nice work
 
That is a fine looking sixgun. The grips are nice also but the gripframe and hammer is what really makes it. :D :D
