Did Ruger ever produce a two tone convertible blackhawk or were these all done later by part swapping? I just picked up a 1979 vintage 45 convertible with a 4&5/8 barrel that has a stainless looking grip and ejector (magnet will stick). I believe the base pin plunger may have been polished or sanded. The ejector housing is anodized blue. The ruger grips are not fitted like factory, and are much thinner than my new 2013 vintage blackhawk.

The Arizona Rangers Convertible Blackhawk was two-tone, but that model wasn't a convertible.

Sounds like parts swapping. Only two factory two tones I know of are the Colorado Single Six and the Bisley Single Sixes that shipped all blue but with stainless grip frames.
