Trouble with PM messages

Hey guys im not sure how long it takes for a pm to leave the outbox? Not sure if Im doing something wrong. But it seems to take over 24 hours for my messages to clear the outbox. Maybe they are already received before it shows on my end. Just checking to see how it works.

I believe the message will leave your Outbox when the person it is sent to sees and opens it. I could be wrong, but I think that's the way it works.

Yes, will stay in the outbox until the person reads it

If they never read it, it will stay there
