New to the site so sorry if I'm in the wrong place. Has anyone here ever fixed the trigger reset issue on the sr9c themselves?

The parts involved in the trigger pull and trigger reset function are: #40: trigger bar, #41, trigger bar spring, #43: trigger bar lift spring, #44: trigger bar reset arm. All 4 of these parts need to move smoothly and in harmony to get the trigger to reset. More than one of them can easily be mis-installed or bent during a detail strip.

Well decided to just send it in to ruger to get the trigger group worked on. Awesome people over the phone to talk to. They seemed to know of the problem. Post paid both ways, they say Ill have it back in a week.

Got it back today-put $100 thru the barrel, not one failure to feed. I was getting one or two failures every couple of mags. Ruger has great service and people on the phone are awesome.
