Uhh,, the Stones "Brown Sugar" wasn't exactly about food,,! (Keep it clean folks!)

And fruitcakes isn't really about fruitcake, Peanut Butter Conspiracy isn't about peanut butter. Popsicle Toes has nothing to do with actual popsicles. Don't be such a prude. Brown sugar is food. Get your mind out of the gutter.

Brown Sugar is about Slave women in the 1800s
Gold Coast slave ship bound for cotton fields
Sold in the market down in New Orleans
Scarred old slaver know he's doin' alright
Hear him whip the women, just around midnight
Brown sugar, how come you taste so good?
Brown sugar, just like a young girl should, oh, whoo
Drums beatin' cold, English blood runs hot
Lady of the house wonderin' when it's gonna stop
House boy knows that he's doin' alright
You should have heard him, just around midnight
Brown sugar, how come you taste so good?
Brown sugar, just like a young girl should, yeah
Oh, get it on, brown sugar, how come you taste so good, baby?
Oh, got me thinkin' about, the brown sugar
Just like a black girl should, yeah
Now, I bet your mama was a tent show queen
And all her boyfriends were sweet 16
I'm no school boy, but I know what I like
You should have heard me, just around midnight
Brown sugar, how come you taste so good, baby?
Oh, no, no, brown sugar, just like a young girl should, yeah
I said, yeah, yeah, yeah, whoo!
How come you, how come you taste so good?
Yeah, yeah, yeah, whoo!
Just like a, just like a black girl should
Yeah, yeah, yeah, whoo!

Yep that's the lyrics. One of the top songs of the 70's. Seems like some folks are acting like the morals squad here lately. Don't do this, don't do that, telling everyone what to say and how to say it. It's starting to sound like an old time tent revival. Sorry for the rant, but we suddenly have fostered some real control freaks. Despite the 'family forum" claims that are popping up more and more, it appears that the majority here are adults. (At least as far as age is the consideration) Don't know that I've ever seen a kid posting on the forum and the few women who post on here present themselves as mature and intelligent.
