I am with you that there is no harm. I just don't have the patience to do that either. My ammo lives in ammo cans that hold 1500-2000 per can, and keeping an accurate count is a pain in the butt. I wish I had the patience to do that.
I think the comment was a bit tongue in cheek.
My son joined the Navy 4 years ago, and became a different person than he was. Everything of his is now neat, clean, and properly folded and put away. I understand the military influence after seeing it change my previous sloppy bachelor son into a sharp, squared away Navy Medic.
