at Christmas I had some extra cash . so I got me a 6 in stainless single six with mag cyl. been looking for one they are hard to find in my area. I got it even with the issue it had. I got it home and called ruger they said send it after the 1st and they would look at it. the front sight is canted over to the right very much. I sure hope ruger will fix it as it left the factory that way.

I sent in a 12 year old .41 mag. with a similar problem. It came home looking BETTER than new and the repair was done for FREE.

I had a bad dealing with them years ago. I hope they do right and fix it free. I cant wait to fire it. it will go good with my Winchester lever 22mag.

They will, but if they don't, just call again and get another free shipping label. Ruger fixed a canted front sight on my Lipseys 44 Spl. It wasn't canted when it came back but it wasn't centered on the barrel either. The 2nd time it came back perfect.

I'm sure they will fix it. Like you, I had some extra cash before Christmas. I bought a GP100 with the 5 inch barrel. I accepted the gun with a 2 inch mark across the barrel. Then I discovered the hammer was getting stuck halfway back. Ruger told me the same as you, send it after the new year. I did so. I picked it up last night (Friday) from Fedex. They did a great job! They repaired the barrel and the hammer works as it should. I'm very happy as I'm sure you will be too.

Well same as you Rallye. Igot mine yesterday from fedex and they fixed it and test fired it. The rear sight was way to the right now it is centered so I know they did fire it. The gun looks great. now I get to shoot it tomorrow. Good job Ruger repair dept.
