Shaker loader for MK IV mags?

I've got one in my stuff somewhere. They work just fine. But big & cumbersome when compared to the simple thumb device I have 3-4 of. And the simple thumb ones,, easy to keep handy, AND work quite well!

I have not used a loader for them, but with the slide button on the side of those mags I never saw a reason to.

Well, I watched the video. It appears the McFadden loads all 10 rounds at once, the Speed Beez one with each tap of the magazine. So I now have one of each on order. And enough magazines coming to test them both.

I seldom use my McFadden loader any more. The problem with it is it works too good. You really need to limit it to loading mags for several pistols. After my mk3 barrel started melting bullets as they entered the chamber, I had to stop shooting for 10 or 15 minutes so it could cool down.

Now I mostly load mags by hand to keep the barrel reasonably cool.

I bought a Speedbeez loader years ago and could never get it to work so it sits on a shelf. May give it to somebody I don’t like. :ROFLMAO:
I have a few of the Mcfaddens and they are excellent except for helping you burn up ammo really fast. I do spray a little shot of Remoil in the hopper every so often to make those rounds slide out faster and more consistent.

How do you wear them out?
Brass cartridges thru plastic eventually the plastic will wear but it takes a long long time.
If they start to not feeding good a quick aerosol spray with Rem oil will solve the issue.
When the loader gets dirty wash in warm water with dawn soap will renew the loader. Makes them
like new again.

I have this one. Beats 'thumbing' the mag button. Works with all the MK magazines except the early MK I with the button on the right side.

Ok, so I'm nuts for "stuff". I ordered the Speed Beez (great company and products I really like) shaker loader. A few hours later, literally, I learned of the McFadden Ultimate Clip Loader so I ordered one. They arrived yesterday. They are very similar. The McF has been on Ozempic for a while. The McF is the clear one, the SB smoked. I'm not sure yet how the screw on the outside of the McF adjusts the depth when loading but will figure it out when I test them. The McF earns the first provisional check-mark for the svelte shape that will take less space in the range bag. More to come when the magazines ordered arrive and they are put to work.
