SBH hammer on Single Six

Can a Single Six hammer be replaced with a Super Black Hawk hammer? I like the wide spur.

Yes. The bottom with works fine, but it but it must be shortened.

This one was sectioned just below the spur, welded back together, cleaned up and re-polished:

This one was just shortened at the top and end of the spur, so the spur is higher, about the same height as the original 22 hammer spur:
