ruger sevice question

Sent a stainless Vaquero birdhead back to have the grip frame fitted a little better, ears, and replacement of a broken blade sight, $75.00 and good as new. Back to my door in 9 days including the 2 days it took to get up north.

They'll service anything they still have parts for so depending on the issue, and they'll re-finish even old models. Anything with the post 1972 transfer bar action, no problem except for original Vaquero frame size barrels and cylinders for calibers not currently offered like 38-40, 40 S&W, or 32-30.

Hi all,
Does Ruger still support service for the old model Vaquero? (I'm thinking they do, but it's been awhile since I needed anything for one.)

Yes.
Just don't call it an "old model". Use the factory designation, instead of web-speak.
