Ruger rings adapter fitment?

A friend of mine has this base that appears to be a scope ring adapter for use of Ruger rings.
It is about 3 1/2" long.... Any ideas? Value??

That is the base that came with the MKII Competition Target Model. It could also be purchased separately from Ruger.

It will fit any factory drilled steel MK receivers. Not sure about the lites.

I feel good allover if I can pocket that mount w/screws for about $25 or less when i find them.
Steel keeps its torque much better than aluminum. Condition is everything.

I’ve picked up a couple of extras myself. Never did get one of the long ones.
