Ruger M77 calibers

I have 2 Ruger M77 tang safeties 1 is a 257 Roberts my second is the 25-06. I am know on the search a 250-3000 (250 Savage). I know Ruger built these rifles in a lot of calibers. My question is what other 25 caliber's did Ruger build in the M77 tang safety.

Just from a quick glance at Chad's reference book, there were several tang safety models built in .250, 6mm, 6.5 and even .256 Newton, but they're either relatively scarce or rare. If you're including .243, they are of course easier to find.

250 Savage, 257 Roberts and 25-06. Those are the only factory .257 rifle Ruger made in the 77 that I'm aware of. Several different models and numerous configurations but just the three cartridges.

6mm isn't a .25 caiber, more like.243. if there are any factory 256 Newtons it still isn't a .25 caliber as the 256 Newton is actually a 6.5. It's that lands versus groove diameter thing.

Thats for tang safety and MIIs. I have no idea past that point in time BUT haven't heard of any other 25s.

Ruger338-06 has a .257 Roberts and a .25-06, so he already knows about these. I included the 6mm and 6.5mm since I'm not sure if he's asking only about "pure" .25 calibers. Yeah, I'm aware that they're not .25s, but they're still close enough to be "family" in terms of bullet diameter. And yes, there was a 77RS produced by the factory in .256 Newton.

I did screw it up by discussing the MKII which wasn't part of the question.

Might be "A" 256 Newton but it certainly was never a cataloged item or even a short uncataloged run.

Heck there is even "A" non prefix #1 in 257 Roberts that came from the factory but it's a stretch to say that the non prefix #1 was chambered in 257 Roberts.
