I have a Redhawk .44 mag, 7.5" barrel that fell off a vehicle and hit the road. I returned it to the factory, who claimed it too damaged to repair, based on the cylinder pin hole in the frame being knocked out of whack. I would think that area could be drilled out and a bushing installed, but Ruger said "No".
Is there a gunsmith who could do this work? The factory offered me a discount on a new Redhawk, but I sort of was hoping to get mine repaired
