redhawk grips?

Any use the new Hogue Bantam rubber grip for their redhawk?
It comes on the 4 inch barrel models now.

I have a 7.5 incher but can not find a good grip for it. Tried the regular hogues and the pachmeyer.

Yes, I recently installed the Bantam grips on my Redhawk 41, 5-1/2" barrel and I really like them. They are big enough cover my palm but much smaller than the full-size Hogue Monogrip. I like them much better than the Monogrip.

I had some but found them too big for me. I use the Uncle Mikes / Butler Creek on both my .41 and .44.

I just ordered a set of the Nill grips for my 5.5" .41 Redhawk. I've heard good things about them. Hopefully these are the ones!

I use the Uncle Mikes / Butler Creek on both my .41 and .44.

Excellent grips!...I sure wish they made the Uncle Mike's rubber "Custom" grip to fit my (151+) Police Service-Six .357 magnum!...(However, the Pachmayr Gripper grip is pretty close.).

I hated the Hogue Bantams on my 4" .44 Redhawk, I took them off immediately and put standard factory wood panels on it.

The only other grip I like for the Redhawk are the Pachmayr Presentations.

It's such as classic looking revolver that any fingergroove grips do not look right in my opinion. The only things worse to me is fingergroove rubber Hogues on a Blackhawk

Here are pictures of my Redhawk with both model of the Hogue grips installed for comparison. I happen to like the way it looks with the finger grooves! I looked up the Uncle Mike's / Butler Creek and it appears they are no longer made.

The Redhawk gripframe was designed to be an improvement over the S&W & Colt frames, which were/are too deeply relieved where the social finger rests. A minor industry was created to supply a filler to provide what those makers would not (Tyler T).
The Redhawk always worked for me. Ruger could have even added more metal to that area at creation, I think

I just bought a Redhawk 7 1/2 in 44mag to use for hunting. I have a set of Pachmayr decelerators on order for it. I have hogue monos on my blackhawk. To me its about what fits the hand and helps make the firearm more effective. I use my blackhawk 357 for hunting and plan on using my new Redhawk for the same. Appearance is way down the list on considerations for me. However I think the full size rubber grips look great on a Stainless handgun.

I love the stock wood grip on my 4" Redhawk, I tried a Tyler T sized for the DA Six/Redhawk series but it was unnecessary, since, like was said above the grip frame is already plenty beefy enough that the grip doesn't shift in DA shooting.
