Super Redhawk Alaskan with compact grips

I couldn't find a picture of this combo out there anywhere, so here we go.
It looks a little silly, but I like it.
I have fairly slender fingers, so I believe this is going to work for me.
Gonna keep my 400 grain slugs at about 1K fps.

Looks fine to me. If it fits your hand better, you'll shoot it better and that is what matters.

I also prefer the compact grips on my 44 Alaskan. Fits my hands better and gives me better reach on the trigger. Not much difference on recoil mitigation.

I’m also fond of the stainless Alaskan. I like the 357 I have and I’m looking for maybe a 45 in the future.
