The magazine that came with my LC45 Carbine (SGM) works great. I ordered some Promag magazines (13 and 24) and both drop out after firing 1 or 2 shots. Any suggestions? Thanks.
Throw out the Promags and buy literally anything else? Seriously, Promag has an awful reputation for inducing malfunctions. The only possible Promags I would consider are single stack out-of-production models where any deficiencies could be manually corrected and there are not other options.
There's also a known issue with the LC45 & LC10 that has been discussed here in the last couple of months. It stems from the G-21 mag catch design which can be very sensitive to the touch, and that Ruger copied over to their LC 45 & 10mm rifles. Ruger is aware of the problem, and is monitoring it, but hasn't come out with a fix yet. There is a bubba fix if you have a problem that isn't related to the magazine itself.
You could also carefully carve away the plastic on the mag itself down to the steel liner to allow the catch to grip better.
Thanks, I don't have any problems with the SGM or the RWB, just the promags which are now in the trash. I did do a search on here before posting but maybe I used the wrong criteria, as I did not see any threads relating to my issue. Thanks again for the replies.
If the mags are "dropping out" during operation, they weren't latched-in securely to start with....so that's where I'd start first. And BTW, if you care to dig those ProMags out of the trash, I'm purdy-sure they carry a lifetime warranty.
Hope this helps.

The Promags are not seating properly or the magazine catch isn't engaging fully. This is a known issue with Promags in the LC45. The fix is either modifying the magazines or, honestly, just buying more SGM or OEM Glock magazines.
