Please Help! Ruger SR22PB Issues :(

I have had all the problems reported with it, The Lose barrel, The slide damage, and now the fail to feeds.... After I sent her into ruger for the slide damage it failed to feed left and right. So I sent it back once more to ruger and it went threw two techs and they told me to use different ammo. So I started using CCI copper plated HP and I'm having the same results. And I am getting the slide damage again! On top of it all the ejection port magically got a scratch after I went shooting last I really appreciate any help! I can post pictures of the slide damage and scratches if needed. Thanks again!

Feel lucky - you missed a few problems like the lever. These guns have problems but are fun guns if you get a good one. The good news is Ruger eventually sends you a new gun and a hat.

Most seem to get it on the second repair but some the third. Must be the lemon law.

Dump it and get a different gun. IE Mark iii------Walther-S&W -Buckmark.

I have an SR22, a Mark III, and a Buckmark stainless target (Browning stopped selling). The SR22 is still more fun to shoot and a lot lighter for just plinking. I grab it whenever I go plinking w/o hesitation.

I really like it though, but do you really think that they will give me a newer one? with the same serial engraved into the polymer?

Won't be the same serial, it'll have to go thru an FFL-holder. Did it come from Davidson's? They have a lifetime, free-replacement guarantee....

Yes - it will be a different serial # and must ship to your local FFL.
