P90 to P90DC conversion.....

Just recieved my new to me P90DC slide assy, and getting ready to replace the slide on my P90. It looks pretty much like an even swap. Is there anything that I should look out for. I'm doing it after I take it apart and clean it real good first. :lol:

I think the only difference is in the slide itself. I don't think you will have trouble but I've never tried it myself.

I picked up a "parts kit" that included everything but the frame for a P-90. The "safety" slide assembly interchanged perfectly with my original "DC" slide assembly. I didn't try swapping parts between them, especially the recoil spring and guide, as one guide had a small "tit" and the other didn't.

The extra barrel comes in handy when reloading, as I can check the occasional loaded round for chambering.
