This one is for ALL you Texans !!

Some old cowboys were seated around the campfire out on the lonesome prairie, and with the pride for which these men were famous, it was a night of bravado, rot gut whiskey, and many tall tales...

Frank, the hand from Wyoming says, "I must be the strongest, meanest, toughest cowboy there is. Why, just the other day, a bull got loose in the corral. It had gored six men before I wrestled it to the ground by the horns with my bare hands and castrated that sucker with my teeth."

Snake River Ben, from Idaho, couldn't stand to be bested. "That's nothing, I was walking down the trail yesterday and a 15 foot diamondback rattler slid out from under a rock and made a move for me. I grabbed that bastard with my bare hands, bit off its head, and sucked the poison down in one gulp - didn't even get a belly ache."

Old Red River Tom, the cowboy from Texas, remained silent, and slowly stirred the campfire coals with his pecker...

A friend of mine back in the mid 1960s told me that joke while he was stationed in Viet Nam and was at home on leave. He said him and a few of the other troops were sitting around a fire talking about how bad they were and my friend said he just sat stirring the fire while listening to all the bs.

I heard the version where a Force Recon Marine, a Navy SEAL, an Air Force PJ, and an Army Ranger/SF/Delta Force guy were sitting around the campfire, telling war stories. The Army guy was stirring the campfire, of course...

If it sounds like BS, you're not doing your share of the drinkin'. Try and keep up please.

And if they were in Texas you know it would be a hotter and meaner and bigger fire than those other camp fires. Heck he probably had to stand back a ways too so he wouldn't burn his toes.
